1. Service Description

Retti provides AI-powered YouTube analytics, retention analysis, scriptwriting, and video review tools ("the Service"). Our tools generate recommendations based on AI analysis — they are not guarantees of performance.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account unless using our Teams feature.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

• Paid features require an active subscription or credits purchased through our platform
• Credits are non-refundable once used for an analysis
• If an analysis fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically refunded
• Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4. YouTube Data

• By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize us to read your channel data and analytics as described in our Privacy Policy
• You may disconnect your channel and request deletion of your stored YouTube data at any time
• We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our tools and build industry benchmarks
• We do not access, modify, or delete your YouTube content

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to spam, mislead, or deceive YouTube viewers
• Reverse-engineer our AI analysis systems or prompts
• Share account credentials or resell access
• Use automated tools to bulk-access our APIs beyond normal usage
• Upload content you do not own the rights to for analysis

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any videos, scripts, or content you submit for analysis
• AI-generated scripts, rewrites, and suggestions are provided for your use — you own the output
• The Service itself, including our analysis methodology, is our intellectual property

7. Limitation of Liability

Retti provides recommendations based on AI analysis of content structure. We do not guarantee any specific YouTube performance outcomes including but not limited to view counts, retention rates, subscriber growth, or revenue. Our tools are advisory — creative decisions remain yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request immediate deletion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
